The mating

On January 27, 2010 our very sweet lilac merle lady Lizz has been mated for her first litter to the marvelous, highly workable male Nice of you to Come Bye Sambuca.

Counting from the first mating, the expected day of birth of this promising sportive litter will be around March 31, 2010.

Ultrasound

On 24 February 2010 (day 28 counting from the first mating) we went to the vet for an ultrasound. After shaving the belly of Lizz, we could easily see several filled amnion sacks. Unfortunately it seems to be a small litter so at this moment all puppies are spoken for while we already have so many people on the waiting list.
