Missy x Ice

The mating

On January 21 our boisterous girl Missy has started her season. We did not have a long thinking deciding which male would become her first lover: our own wonderfull Ice. With their characters, working ability, health, structure, lines (so about everything) we believe this will be the perfect combination for the, in our opinion, perfect Border Collie: a healthy dog with a great character, amazing working ability (without being too much) and as bonus nice to look at. Although it was the first time for Missy and Ice is also still a novice boy, they both could not resist each other charmes so pretty quickly we had a mating on January 30 which was repeated one day later.

Counting from the first mating, we expect these amazing puppies to be born around April 3, 2011.

Ultrasound

On March 2, 2011 (day 31 counting from the first mating) we went to a doctor for the making of an ultrasound. Without any doubt, Missy and Ice will get puppies within approx. 4,5 weeks of time.
