Week 2

The puppies have more than doubled their weight since birth and one has even passed the one kilo mark. In other words, it's going very well with our little ones.

Daily life

During this second week the main event was of course the fact that they opened their eyes, followed by the unfolding of the ears. It's really fun to notice that the pups already respond to sounds and movements. They also interact more with each other and try hard to walk, fall and get up again. Furthermore the growls and barks they produce are mostly laughable; I don't think a burglar would be impressed by the little critters. They have been wormed for the first time and the puppy visitors keep on coming. So all in all it's very enjoyable.
